Refund policy

 

We want you to love your Lumini purchase.  However, if you are not for any reason, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We will refund you in full, less the shipping costs.

In compliance with NZ Consumer Law, Lumini will repair, replace or refund products if faulty. To be eligible for repair, replacement or refund you must provide proof of purchase. Please contact us at lumini@lumini.co.nz with the details. Returns and refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving product and you will need to return the product to us before refund payment is made. We will reimburse the postage costs of faulty items being returned to us. Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
